Demon Twink Privacy Policy
Demon Twink is a game made by EveryBod, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play.
The short version: there is no account and no sign-in with us. The game doesn't send your information to us, and we don't run ads, analytics or tracking. Your progress stays on your phone.
What stays on your phone
Your progress (scores, cash, glitter, outfits, characters, trophies, mini-game levels and settings, such as joystick or D-pad and sound) is saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. We never receive it.
Game Center (Apple)
The game uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and for Party Mode with friends. If you're signed in to Game Center, your Game Center nickname and the scores you post are handled by Apple and shown to other Game Center players. In Party Mode, the game sends your character's position, look, score and the trouble you cause to the friends in your match, through Apple's servers. We don't receive or store any of it. Apple's privacy policy covers Game Center.
Purchases (Apple)
In-app purchases are made through Apple. We never see your payment details, name or Apple ID. The game only learns which item you bought, so it can give it to you.
Photos
When you tap Save on a score video or score card, the game asks for permission to add it to your photo library. It only ever adds to your library and never reads your photos. When you tap Share, it goes wherever you choose to send it.
Fonts
The game's pixel fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. As with any website that loads a font, Google receives your device's IP address and basic browser information when the font is fetched. Google's privacy policy covers this.
What we don't collect
No name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, advertising ID, or usage analytics. The game contains no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
Children
Demon Twink is made for adults. It's set in cartoon bars and includes cartoon drinking, crude humor and adult themes. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Your rights
Because we don't receive or store any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your progress lives only on your phone. If you have a question about your data, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, contact us and we'll answer within 45 days.
Changes
If we change how the game handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
